All items such as Memory Cards, Digital Cameras and other smaller hardware and accessory items will be delivered to you in 3 different shipping formats. They are Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Royal Mail Special Delivery.
DVD Recorders, LCD's, TV Stands and larger items will be delivered via Courier next working day where at all possible within 5-7 working days.

Website Stock Checks
Please be aware that at times the website can not always be updated, especially during weekend trading.
UK Discount Sales Limited strive to get as much information as possible onto the website but there are times when this is not possible, which means that some items are advertised as being in stock when in fact they are not.
This will be due to the items being sold/ordered over the telephone and also sold via other sales means (internet).
All stock items will normally be delivered within 3-5 working days of order date but then there are some items which are not available straight away but we are advised by our suppliers to advertise the items as they will be available quickly.(Exceptions made during December)
Your patience and acceptance of these rules would be greatly appreciated and understand that you are getting a top quality product for a very good price.
Credit/Debit Card Payments
All UK Discount Sales Limited customers MUST be aware that to pay for items with a Credit or Debit Card that does not belong to them, runs the risk of prosecution.
As of 16th July 2008 All CREDIT CARD transactions / payments will be subject to a 1.25% surcharge at checkout as we endeavour to try to keep prices down as much as possible. An example would be that if you purchased £1000.00 worth of goods you would only pay £12.50 extra.
Any items paid by DEBIT CARD will receive the 1.25% refunded back to their card within 48 hours.
To purchase any of our items via the internet, just follow the easy to follow guide at checkout and proceed by choosing to pay via our e-payment system and please make sure that the item is despatched to the cardholders' address ONLY
Alternatively, you can contact us on 0845 227 0007 between 9.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri & 9.00am-1pm Saturday only and pay for your items over the phone and check if they are in stock too.
Please ensure that the cardholder is the person calling and that the address is the same as the cardholders address for despatch purposes.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY OPTION - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
UK Discount Sales Limited strive to despatch orders that are in stock within 48 - 72 hours of receipt.
An email will be generated immediately after you place your order online with us, however, any number of factors may lead to your order not being despatched. Next day delivery signifies the delivery method; it does not guarantee that your order will be with you the day after placing it.
Most TV / DVD Players & Recorders / Home Theatre / Projectors will be a maximum of 5-7 working days
Returns
UK Discount Sales Limited would like you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with an item you may contact us with your problem.
Our policy is if it is still in its original packaging and BRAND NEW condition and within 7 days of purchase then you can contact us with the reasons as to why your item is to be returned via email. If seals are broken and the package or item has obviously been used, then the item will NOT be accepted as a brand new returned item.
All faulty items need to be reported to our returns team at

prior to return, for guidance and requirements for return.
UK Discount Sales Limited may also charge up to 10% of the total cost of your order to re-stock an order that has been ordered in error. This charge is to cover postage, packaging and time taken to process your order.

Refunds
All refunds will be in full unless the item has been shipped out and a re-stocking fee has to be debited. This can take up to 10 days, due to the on-line refund process from one account to another.
Refunds can be requested at anytime before the despatch of your goods.
If a product is in transit to you, the item will have to be returned before any refund is considered and must fulfil the returns obligation as above.
